Missing your bag? Read this update!

Hi everyone! All of the bags have been sent out for about a month now but I have recieved a few messages asking where to get tracking info for the bags. 

All of the orders were automatically sent tracking to the email that you used to sign up/sign in to kickstarter and backer kit, so if you have not recieved your tracking please check if it might have gone to a different email. 

If you still can not find your tracking and your bag has not arrived, please email me and I can help get that figured out for you.

EVERYTHING HAS BEEN SHIPPED!!

Thank you so much everyone for being so amazing and patient but its officaly official! We have shipped out 100% of the remainder kickstarter pledges and they have all been dropped off at the post office. 

I can not thank you all enough for being so supportive through the kickstarter and all of the fulfillment issues and I hope that you all love your bags as much as we loved designing them!

The extras of the bags will be up for sale next week in our store if you or a friend has been waiting to get one, and after that any others will be brought to conventions with us!

HELLO everyone! I have amazing news and bad news. We have been working on shipping the bags in color order to keep things organized and we have officially gotten through all of the white bag orders, but when we moved onto the black and holo bags we quickly realized that there was a mixup with the zipper pulls and we did not have as many as we needed. The factory has been alerted and they said that they will try their best to get them to us asap, so they shoud hopefuly be out by the end of Feb. 

I know it must be frustrating to hear that there is once again a delay but I really apreciate everyones patience. All of the orders with only white boo cross body bags, orders that do not have zipper pulls  and a large portion of black and holographic bags are getting taken to the post office today- and I will be sending out the remainder of the black and holo orders as soon as I have the replacement zipper pulls in hand.

THE BAGS HAVE ARRIVED!!!!!

Hello everyone! Incredible news, the bags have finally been delivered! The UPS driver was very confused why 15 very large boxes were getting dropped off at a residential address but he was very nice in helping us get them all inside.

I am unfortunately feeling a little under the weather but I am hoping that I will be able to start diving in and getting them all sent out!

LOCKING ADDRESSES!

Hello everyone! The bags should be getting here in the next week or two, so to prepare I have started the process to lock all addresses in backerkit so that I can start printing the labels for all of the orders.

Everyone should be recieving an email with in the next 24 hours letting you know how to change your address if you need to. If you do not need to change your address, then no worries! As long as you have completed your survey, you are good to go and do not have anything that you need to worry about.
